Machine Description
The R1 Robowash parts washer delivers superior aqueous parts washing performance with the labour saving convenience of automation.
Suited to smaller parts washing applications with a basket size of 895mm, an internal height of 550mm and a weight range of 450kg. The R1 Robowash parts washer machine comes standard with full insulation, open lid design, side tables for loading and unloading, automatic water top up circuitry, heater element protection circuitry and electronic thermostat water temperature control.
The R1 Robowash parts washer comes with fully adjustable cleaning settings including hot wash cycle times, basket speeds and temperature control.
Options for the R1 parts washer include single or 3 Phase power configuration, High Pressure “Robogun” attachment, patented braking system and integrated waste water purge pump system, digital 7-day timer, emergency stop and lid safety stop.
R1 parts washers are available in mild steel and 316SS.
Suitable for smaller parts washing applications with light to heavy carbon deposits such as pistons, rods, end caps, nuts and bolts
