We meet with your staff and evaluate your parts and processes in order to define and develop a cost-effective process design. You tell us what needs to be cleaned and to what level of cleanliness.
Our engineering team then creates a design proposal including any recommendations for efficiency and cost savings.
The design proposal is presented for you to review to ensure that it does what it should and is compatible with your processes.
Using SolidWorks, we create a 3D model of the machine with your parts in it.
The 3-D model is presented to you for final approval.
